Seniors
A few of our Senior athletes were also in action in the open events at the YDL. In the 100m Megan ran an excellent 11.87s on her first race after injury to win the women’s 100m ahead of Karyn while Karl’s 11.05s was the best of the CoLAC men in a wind assisted race with Jonny (11.47s) and JakeP(11.95s) also in action.
Chris Madden ran 9.10.91 in the 3000m and Ben won the LJ with 6.97m which would have been a PB had it not been for the wind reading. EllieM won the PV ahead of OliviaS. The results seem to indicate that Pole Vaulter Alex posted an impressive 2.00.29s 800ms but we are seeking confirmation on that!! |
Well done to all our athletes!
