Spar Laganside 10k 05 Sept

A number of City of Lisburn athletes had good runs in the Laganside 10k yesterday, one of the largest races of the Spar/Athletics NI 10k series. Sean McGurnaghan finished in 42:45 which placed him just outside the top 10 M45’s. In the same age-group Trevor Carruthers wasn’t far behind with 43:59. Meanwhile Paula Neill had an excellent 46:47 to place her 6th in the F40 category. Well done to all the athletes on their good performances.
