Ciara into World 1500m final

Ciara Mageean qualified today for her second successive 1500m final at the World Junior Athletics Championships. She won her heat in Canada in 4m16s which sets her up well to improve upon her 10th place in the 2008 final. Everyone at City of Lisburn wishes her well in her pursuit of a medal in Sunday’s final.
