Junior races – entry fee £2.00 per athlete – Medals for the first five boys and first five girls in each race.

11.30 PRIMARY SCHOOLS RACES (1000M)

12.00 YEAR 8 GIRLS AND BOYS (1 MILE)

12.15YEAR 9 AND 10 GIRLS AND BOYS (2 MILES)

12.35 UNDER 18 RACE (1995 and below) GIRLS (2MILES) AND BOYS (3 MILES)

Senior races – £5 entry per athlete. Trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd seniors plus first in each age-group over 35,40, 45, 50, 60 on the day (one individual prize per athlete – prizes as per category of entry), plus medals for first club team (combined seniors & vets four to run/ three to score plus medal for non-scorer) in male and female categories.

13.30 Senior and Veteran Men- 4miles
